site completing day to day construction of your personalized custom home. We have created long-term
relationships with most of our clients. We believe in communication, quality and understanding that we
are building your dream home that you will be proud of for years to come. We will work with you from
start to finish, helping from creating an original plan or fine tuning an existing design.
We have experience in building projects that vary in price range which includes homes that start at
$250,000 to homes that cost $2,000,000. Every home is unique and special and no project is too small
or too large.
Kenneth C. Stoner – Owner/Lead Carpenter
Kenneth (Craig) Stoner is the owner of K.C. Construction, Inc. since its incorporation in 1993. He
graduated from Collinsville High School. At a young age, he had the ambition to want to be a builder so
he could see the satisfaction of his own personalized projects. “I feel as a builder to see a project from
start to finish is one of the most gratifying careers that someone can have.”
He married his wife, Lisa, in 1989 and has two daughters. Lauren attends graduate school at Case
Western University in Cleveland, Ohio and Kaitlyn attends University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.
Craig enjoys playing golf on Thursday evenings at Triple Lakes Golf Course, hunting and watching
sports.
